Who we are, and what using the site means
Power Preflight (powerpreflight.com) is operated by Cynosure LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By using the site — reading guides, running calculators, following links — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, the fix is simple: don't use the site.
Estimates, not advice
Everything on this site is informational. The calculators, wattage tables, comparisons, and guides exist to help you plan a purchase — they are not professional advice of any kind, and the two disclaimers below apply everywhere on the site, whether or not they are repeated on a given page:
Calculations are estimates only. Real runtime depends on battery age, inverter efficiency, device behavior, temperature, surge loads, manufacturer limits, and actual measured wattage. Always verify product specifications before buying or relying on a setup.
This site provides planning estimates, not electrical, medical, or emergency safety advice.
In particular: we are not electricians, and nothing here is a substitute for a licensed electrician, the manufacturer's documentation for your specific device, or medical guidance for equipment your health depends on. No warranties
The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Wattage figures and product specs are estimates and may be outdated or wrong despite our efforts; manufacturer specifications, not this site, are the authoritative source.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cynosure LLC and Power Preflight are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its estimates — including purchases that don't fit your needs, equipment damage, data loss, or losses during a power outage. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it.

The content of this site — text, calculators, tables, and design — belongs to Cynosure LLC. You're welcome to link to any page and to quote brief excerpts with attribution. Republishing whole pages, tables, or tools without permission isn't allowed.
