One honest note: this inbox activates when the powerpreflight.com domain goes live. If your message bounces in the meantime, please hold onto it and try again — we're not ignoring you, the mailbox just isn't switched on yet.
There's no contact form. This is a static site with no backend, and we'd rather skip a form that silently drops messages than pretend to have infrastructure we don't. Plain email works, and you keep a copy in your own sent folder.
What to write in about
- Spec corrections. If a wattage in the Device Wattage Library looks wrong, or a product spec on a comparison page is out of date, tell us which entry and, ideally, where the correct figure comes from. These emails improve the site for everyone.
- Feedback. Confusing calculator result, a guide that didn't answer your question, a use case we haven't covered — all useful. A sentence or two is plenty.
- Partnerships and business. Affiliate program questions, licensing, or anything for Cynosure LLC (the company behind this site — see About).
What we can't help with
We can't advise on your specific electrical wiring, medical equipment, or emergency plans — our tools produce planning estimates, not professional advice. For anything involving house wiring or a medical device, talk to a licensed electrician or the device manufacturer. How our estimates work (and where they stop) is documented on How We Estimate.
Response time
Expect a reply within a few business days once the inbox is live. Correction emails usually get handled first, because they affect what other readers see.
